Welcome to Wardrobe Wonders. By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General
All items sold on this website are preloved unless stated otherwise. We take care to accurately describe each item, including any signs of wear. By purchasing, you acknowledge that items may show minor signs of previous use.
2. Product Condition
We carefully inspect all items before listing. Any major flaws will be clearly stated in the product description.
We do not accept returns based on general wear consistent with second-hand items.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AUD. Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other available methods at checkout.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Wardrobe Wonders is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of preloved items, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is significantly not as described.
6. ConsignmentÂ
By consigning with Wardrobe Wonders, you agree that:
- Items must be in excellent, clean condition
- We reserve the right to decline items
- Pricing is determined by Wardrobe Wonders based on brand, condition, and demand
- A commission percentage will be paid to the consignor once the item sells
- Unsold items may be returned or donated after an agreed period
7. Limitation of Liability
Wardrobe Wonders is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
