Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We offer:
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $12.95 AUD
- Free Shipping: On orders over $150 AUD
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery timeframes:
- NSW / Metro: 2–4 business days
- Interstate: 3–7 business days
Please note these are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post and your location.
Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delays & Lost Parcels
Wardrobe Wonders is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.
If your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping provider directly with your tracking number. We will assist where possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Parcels
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
