Returns & Refunds
At Wardrobe Wonders, we specialise in carefully curated preloved children’s clothing. Due to the nature of second-hand items, all pieces are sold as-is and described as accurately as possible.
Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or general wear consistent with preloved items.
Please read item descriptions carefully and feel free to contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Significantly not as described
- Incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@wardrobewonders.com.au
To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn and in original condition
- Proof of issue (photos) must be provided
If approved, we will offer:
- A refund, or
- Store credit
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Consignment Items
As many items are sold on behalf of consignors, all sales are considered final unless the item is not as described.
